Meet the Team

Sue and Jonna have spent the past 14 years assembling an outstanding team of professional dressage photographers that work with them at the larger venues they cover.

Allyssia Timberlake - Maine

Team Member since 2022

Allyssia is the owner/operator of Timberlake Dressage, a boutique lesson and boarding stable on 12 heavenly acres in Farmington, ME. When not teaching lessons in the "sandbox," you'll find her chasing perfect lighting for photography clients. Allyssia has a passion for shooting "non-traditional" horses; finding the perfect moments of harmony and communication is her favorite part of the puzzle.

We were lucky to become connected with Allyssia thanks to an introduction by Lendon Grey of Dressage 4 Kids, where Allyssia was barn manager for the Winter Intensive Program of 2022.

Amy Riley - Massachusetts

Amy is co-owner of Quillane Welsh Cobs, a successful and well-respected breeding program based in Raynham, Massachusetts.

As a consummate media professional as well as an accomplished rider and competitor, Amy understands what makes a winning impression. Her versatility extends to event and documentary photography, promotional and sales media, stock and commercial images, as well as creating personal galleries for prestigious facilities and international competitors. Since launching her photography business, Studio Equus, in 1999, her work has garnered numerous awards and has been published nationally and internationally in feature articles, calendars and targeted promotions.

Darian Quinn - New York / Florida

TEAM MEMBER SINCE 2021

Darian is the owner of Q2 Photography, founded in 2012. She served as the Official Photographer of Dressage at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida for 2 years, and is the OP for Stockade Polo & Saddle Club and several HITS Saugerties shows.

Darian is one part equestrian and one part photographer. When not shooting, you can find her at the barn enjoying a beautiful day with her horse and dog. Darian strives to create art that exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community through the Pride Project.


John Borys - Florida

TEAM MEMBER SINCE 2017

John is the owner of John Borys Photography, founded in 2005 and based in Port Saint Lucie, FL. John has served as the Official Photographer for the Regions 2 and 4 USDF Championships, National Dressage Pony Cup and the Lead Photographer of The Tempel Lipizzans.

When not shooting horses, John is a passionate diver and frequently photographs open-water shark dives!

Marie Cobb - Louisiana

TEAM MEMBER SINCE 2009

Marie is the owner of Ree Photographics, based in Opelousas, LA and has been a professional photographer for over 30 years. She started her career with a nationally known portrait studio, then branched out on her own to cover studio, commercial, portrait, sport, advertising, magazine, newsprint and art prints. She has hung out of helicopters, been strapped in racing boats, rappelled down mountains and traveled to foreign lands all to get the shot.

Today, she concentrates on equine photography: Horse Shows, Farm Shoots, Portraits, Stock and Media Assignments, as well as Artistic Images and Workshops.

Mark Donaldson - Pennsylvania

TEAM MEMBER SINCE 2021

Mark Donaldson developed his interest in equestrian photography while accompanying his wife and daughter who compete in dressage and eventing respectively. He is also an equine veterinarian and shareholder at Unionville Equine Associates, and a USEF/FEI veterinary official.

When not working as a veterinarian, photographer or official you can find him trimming fence line at Sewickley Farm in Parkesburg, PA where he resides with his wife, daughter, 4 hounds and many horses. 

Meg McGuire - Massachusetts

Meg is the owner of Meg McGuire Photography LLC, founded in 2015 and based in Northampton, MA.

Meg is a passionate horse and dog owner and a self-proclaimed biomechanics nerd who takes pride in purposefully timing the most biomechanically correct and flattering moments of each gate.
